Cancellation Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Canceled sessions may be rescheduled outside of 48-hr notice, or used towards CREDIT ONLY. 48-hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Rescheduling or canceling within 48-hours, and the entire session fee will be considered forfeited. ONLY 1 RESCHEDULE per (1) BOOKING or entire fee & session will be considered forfeited. HIGHTAIL recordings of FULL Readings, 1:1 MENTORING or GROUP sessions are free/complimentary. Technical issues with the recording WILL NOT result in money back or credit.  Session recordings are the client's full responsibility.
