TERMS OF SERVICE,

ACCEPTANCE AND AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND

• Sessions may be rescheduled OUTSIDE of 24hrs prior to your appointment at no charge. 

• Schedule changes within 24hrs, session & fee will be considered forfeited. 

• Any Sessions not attended (no-show) or any Gift Certificates or Credits not claimed within their expiration date, will be considered forfeited. 

• All sales are final.

• Once purchased, all Sessions, Gifts, Classes are non-refundable and their value may only be used towards credit. 

• HIGHTAIL audio recordings of FULL, 1:1 MENTORING or GROUP sessions are free/complimentary. IF there are technical issues with the recording, this WILL NOT result in money back or credit in any way.  Recordings of sessions are the client's full responsibility.

• Choosing to end your session early will NOT result in a credit for the remaining time.

• If Jeannine Kim cannot fulfill the Session due to illness or accident, you will receive a refund for the amount unused. 

• NO other refunds will be made.

• Jeannine reserves the right to cancel before or during a session at any time.

• Upon your purchase all terms are agreed to.
