Cancellation Policy

I know things come up, so I do ask for 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If rescheduling or a cancellation happens within 24-hours, your entire session fee will be forfeited. HIGHTAIL audio recordings of 1:1 Readings, MENTORING or GROUP sessions are free/complimentary. If there are technical issues with the recording, this WILL NOT result in money back or credit in any way. Recordings of sessions are the client's full responsibility.
